​How Do I Place An Order?​

You can place an order on the product page of whatever item you'd like to order. Once you are on the products page, please select a quantity, click "Add to Cart" or  "Buy Now" and follow the given steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed.  For large quantity, please click "Contact us for a bulk-discount price" under Buy Now button.  If you have any trouble please feel free to contact us by email.

 

Payment & Shipping

Orders can be placed with a Credit card, debit card, or through PayPal.

After placing an order, your order will be shipped to your address, and a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.   

Shipping & handling fee is a flat rate of $5.0 for regulators & $6.90 for rectifiers.

Purchasing in bulk saves on flat-rate shipping & handling fees.



 

Returns & Refund

We offer a one-year manufacturing warranty. If there are any defects during the first year, the defective units can be sent back with a purchase receipt and we will send you a replacement or refund after verification.
